  1. Confirm sub-account details
    Business name, public brand name, address, website, email, phone, time zone, and business hours.
  2. Prepare A2P business details
    Entity type, legal name, authorized representative, and tax ID for secure handoff. Do not send full tax ID by normal email.
  3. Prepare consent language
    Website form must explain SMS use, message frequency, STOP/HELP, message/data rates, and links to privacy/terms.
  4. Prepare sample messages
    Use realistic examples for appointment confirmation, missed-call text-back, estimate reminders, and customer care.
  5. Configure workflows after approval
    Missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, pipeline updates, reactivation, and reporting should only send to opted-in contacts.
