Most clients should complete intake first. Use guidance when a platform asks for access approval, IDs, billing, or verification.

Do not send private login details.

- No full EIN/tax ID in normal forms or email.
- No personal Facebook or Google login credentials.

Use platform access instead.

- Meta partner access through Business settings.
- Admin invites when manager/partner access is unavailable.
- Secure live handoff for sensitive details.
